World Water Academy is the leading training institute for water management in the Netherlands and abroad. We design, develop and deliver training courses for water professionals.   Trainings are conducted by subject matter experts directly from the water sector. World Water Academy has approximately 250 freelance lecturers and trainers proficient in various course categories, including technical, financial, managerial, and communicative skills. These experts operate at diverse levels and within different disciplines, spanning roles in drinking water supply companies, water boards, water catchment agencies, engineering consultancies, industries, and governmental organizations.

  Our programs are designed in collaboration and in co-creation with the water sector, ensuring relevance and practicality.   Our core objective is to impart practical and current knowledge on water-related matters. Operating on a non-profit, non-loss basis ensures the long-term sustainability of our organization. Participants or their companies cover all costs, but through efficient management with a lean staff, we maintain reasonable expenses. Freelance trainers and authors are compensated fairly for their contributions. Our courses deliver exceptional value for money, whether conducted in the Netherlands or internationally.
